4. Orders and Payment

5. Processing, Shipping and Delivery

Processing Cut-off Time:

• Orders placed before 4:40 PM (Monday to Friday) will be processed on the same business day.
  
• Orders placed after 4:40 PM will be processed starting the next business day.
  
• If a public holiday occurs, processing will begin on the next business day.

After dispatch, you will receive confirmation with delivery details.

Shipping fees are calculated based on the total order value:

• Orders below €130 incur a shipping fee of €10.
• Orders of €130 or more qualify for free shipping.

6. Order Cancellation

• Customers may request order cancellation within 24 hours of payment confirmation, provided the order has not yet been dispatched or fully prepared for dispatch.
• Once this period has passed, or if the order has already been handed over for delivery, cancellation is generally no longer available.
• In such cases, customers are advised to accept the delivery and submit a return request after receiving the item.
• This approach allows our store to maintain an organised logistics process and accurate inventory management while ensuring customer rights within Australia.

7. Returns and Refunds

Customers may request a return within 15 days after receiving the order.

• Our store does not provide direct item exchanges. Each order is handled individually to ensure accurate product control and organised inventory management.
• If a different item or variation is required, customers may return the received product and place a new order through the website.

Returns may be requested under the following circumstances:

• The product was delivered damaged
• An incorrect item was received
• The customer decides not to keep the item

Returned items must be new, unused, complete, and where possible, in original packaging.

After receiving and verifying the returned items, refunds will be processed within 2–4 business days.
